My goal is to help you better understand yourself and your patterns so you can begin living a fuller, more connected life—both within yourself and in your relationships with others.

I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel supported as they explore the parts of their lives and relationships that feel stuck, confusing, or overwhelming.

Many of the people I work with are navigating challenges in intimacy, communication, identity, or life transitions. Sometimes this shows up as conflict in relationships, difficulty with desire or connection, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and work toward clarity, growth, and meaningful change.

My approach to counseling is both insight-oriented and practical. I often help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, better understand relational dynamics, and then translate that awareness into concrete tools and skills they can use in daily life. I also emphasize growth through reflection, helping clients notice patterns as they show up in real time within and outside of the therapy space.

I have 15 years of experience working with families, couples, and adolescents, as well as experience in addiction-related work. This background has shaped my understanding of how deeply relationships, environment, and personal history influence the ways we show up in our lives and in connection with others.

I take a collaborative and affirming approach to therapy and welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and belief systems. I strive to meet each person with respect, curiosity, and without judgment. My work is informed by a commitment to inclusivity, including support for queer, trans, polyamorous, kink-affirming, and neurodiverse clients. I also maintain a subtle awareness of faith and values in the therapy space and have particular sensitivity to experiences of religious trauma.

Whether you are seeking clarity, healing, or practical tools for change, I look forward to working alongside you as you move toward a more connected and meaningful life.

Professional biography

What is one book that has really influenced your work as a Couples & Sex Therapist?

↓ Fun Facts:

One book that has influenced my work is Who Deserves Your Love by KC Davis. It offers a thoughtful perspective on relationships, self-worth, and how we make decisions about who we allow into our lives. I appreciate how it challenges people to reflect on their patterns while also encouraging self-compassion, which aligns closely with how I approach therapy.

How would your clients describe you?

I think most clients would describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to, while also being honest and direct when it’s helpful. I work to create a space where people feel supported and understood, but also challenged to grow.

When you’re not at your therapy desk, what can we find you doing?

When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, staying active, or finding ways to recharge. I enjoy being outdoors, playing board games and cooking food to enjoy with my family and friends.
