I am passionate about creating a supportive environment to explore your emotions, mind, and body.

Changes can feel daunting, but therapy shouldn't be. Seeking help and embracing vulnerability look different for everyone—whether it's a journey of self-discovery or finding strength in moments of isolation. Whatever challenges you face, therapy provides a compassionate and guided exploration of your experiences, helping you navigate what it means to be human. Arianna is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, with a B.S. in Psychology from The United States Military Academy and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. Arianna has four years of experience working with trauma, couples, relationships, sex, adjustment disorder, anxiety, and depression. She is certified in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy, and is obtaining official certification as a Certified Sex Therapist.
