As a queer, sex-positive human, it has long been my goal to lessen the stigma around discussing sex and sexuality.

I am a queer, cisgender clinical mental health intern dedicated to fostering sexual wellness and empowerment. I bring a warm, inclusive approach to sessions, rooted in person-centered and feminist theories. With a deep belief that every individual is the expert of their own life, I strive to create a safe and affirming space where clients can explore their identities, desires, and relationships freely.

With a passion for supporting queer individuals and couples, I am committed to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community in both personal and relational contexts. My goal is to provide a supportive and non judgmental environment where clients feel validated and empowered to navigate their sexual journeys authentically, fostering deeper connections with themselves and their partners.

As an advocate for autonomy and agency, I encourage clients to take an active role in their therapeutic journey, gently guiding them as they explore their values, boundaries, and goals. I am dedicated to breaking down barriers surrounding sexual wellness and promoting awareness, acceptance, and understanding.

I am pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hood College and will be under the supervision of Jennifer Keilholtz, LCPC, LPC for the duration of my internship (PRC200001615).
