I strive to create an empowering and supportive space where you can strengthen your intimate relationship with yourself and others.

what is one book that has really influenced your work as a couples & Sex Therapist?

Ahhh, as a book lover, I find it nearly impossible to choose a favorite. With that being said, in general, I find myself drawn to books that explore topics with an interdisciplinary approach (psychology, sociology, history, evolutionary theory, I like it all!). Recently, I read Polysecure by Jessica Fern, which explores attachment, trauma, and consensual non-monogamy. I found this book to be especially influential to my practice as it explores one of my areas of interest using a theoretical framework that I align with (attachment theory).

How would your clients describe you?

Compassionate, curious, insightful, and collaborative.

when you’re not at your therapy desk, what can we find you doing?

When I am not at my desk, you can find me reading a good book, spending time out in nature, or fostering kittens!
