Mondays, November 4th - December 16th from 5:30 - 6:45 PM

Does this sound like you?

Do you ever feel like your heart races, your breath becomes shallow, you get hot, or feel your body and mind are out of control? Would you like to learn how to create a sense of calm, stillness, and safety within your body? The good news is, you have more control over these sensations than it may seem in those intense moments. By building internal resources and skills, you can transform that experience and regain control, bringing ease and balance to your mind and body.

Join Our Resource Skills Group

Join Zoë Hamberger and a small group of individuals with shared experiences for a transformative 7-part psychoeducation and skill-building therapy group. Under Zoë’s guidance, participants will explore the barriers that prevent them from feeling safe and at ease in both body and mind. Each week the group will focus on a new area of resource skill building, to equip our participants with a wide variety of tools that they can use to foster inner calm and emotional resilience.

Week 1: Introduction to Polyvagal and Somatic Skills Resources

Week 2: Breath

Week 3: Body

Week 4: Mind

Week 5: Art, Creativity & Expression

Week 6: Nature

Week 7: Wrap-up

Not only will there be time to learn the new skill and why it’s helpful, but more importantly, time to practice. Practice is key to making these tools more easily accessible and useful.
