I am passionate about creating a supportive environment to explore your emotions, mind, and body.

Changes can feel daunting, but therapy shouldn't be. Seeking help and embracing vulnerability look different for everyone—whether it's a journey of self-discovery or finding strength in moments of isolation. Whatever challenges you face, therapy provides a compassionate and guided exploration of your experiences, helping you navigate what it means to be human.

Arianna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, with a B.S. in Psychology from The United States Military Academy and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. Arianna is also a current PhD candidate at The Chicago School.

Arianna has four years of experience working with trauma, couples, relationships, sex, adjustment disorder, anxiety, and depression. Arianna is a Certified Sex Therapist and is certified in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy.

Arianna uses an eclectic therapeutic approach that best fits the needs of her clients. Her passion is to ensure her clients receive the best care possible at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, your goals are within reach, and change looks a lot less scary.

Professional biography

What is one book that has really influenced your work as a Couples & Sex Therapist?

↓ Fun Facts:

Esther Perel's Mating in Captivity has informed so much of what I do with my individual and couples clients. I highly recommend it for anyone struggling with intimacy and attachment in their interpersonal and romantic relationships!

How would your clients describe you?

My clients would describe me as "empathetically blunt," charismatic, and understanding. I try to balance a casual banter/rapport. with constructive therapeutic techniques.

When you’re not at your therapy desk, what can we find you doing?

When I'm not at my therapy desk, you can find me running, walking my dog, spending time with friends and family, or reading a good book.
