I'm passionate about helping clients cultivate a more trusting and compassionate relationship with themselves in order to build more meaningful connections with others. The key to doing so is by reconnecting and deeply knowing their own bodies and emotions.

You’re the expert on your own experience; my role is to support you in exploring it. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been hard, what you’re wanting more of, and what feels possible moving forward.

My approach emphasizes autonomy, curiosity, and collaboration, fostering a space where clients can show up authentically and be listened to without judgement. I help people slow down, get curious, and better understand their values, boundaries, communication patterns, and goals. Whatever you’re facing - challenges around intimacy, relationships, mental health, or life transitions - I’m here for it all.

I work with individuals and partners of all sexual orientations and relationship structures who want to feel more connected to themselves, their bodies, and their relationships. As a queer, sex-positive therapist, I support clients in understanding desire and intimacy, especially when anxiety, depression, or past experiences have made these areas feel heavy or confusing. Together, we focus on easing shame and creating more openness around these parts of ourselves.

I hold a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor license in Washington, DC and will be under the supervision of Jennifer Keilholtz, LCPC, LPC (PRC200001615). Jennifer is directly involved in the treatment planning and care of my clients.

Professional biography

What is one book that has really influenced your work as a Couples & Sex Therapist?

↓ Fun Facts:

A Clinician’s Guide to Systemic Sex Therapy has been invaluable. The framework considers several influences (social, cultural, physiological, etc.) that may contribute to one's sexual and relational challenges. By examining issues through a systemic lens, I am better able to deeply understand my clients and, in turn, assist my clients in better understanding themselves!

How would your clients describe you?

Warm, affirming, and authentic

When you’re not at your therapy desk, what can we find you doing?

When not at my desk, you can find me rock climbing, camping, listening to audiobooks, or experimenting with new vegan recipes.
